Welcome to the Cardiff-By-The-Sea Music and Arts Salon! We are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to building community around music and the arts in North County San Diego.

The Cardiff-By-The-Sea Music and Arts Salon was founded by Hillel Katzeff, who volunteers as its host and curator.  Hillel leads a group of passionate music and arts lovers who volunteer their time and talent to enhance the experience of the salons for the artists and audiences.

Drawing inspiration from the historic music salons of 17th and 18th century Europe, brought into the 21st century by Andrea Clearfield and her salon, as well as the vibrant salons in north county coastal San Diego, we aim to create an intimate space for performers to share their talent with appreciative audiences.

The Composer District which is nestled within Cardiff-by-the-Sea has a rich history and inspires us to offer diverse musical expressions and performances that are classical music based.

Our mission is to create a world of peace, harmony, and joy through building community around music and the arts.
